HOW LENEAR LENS AND FP MATH MENTOR GOT STARTED

“I started working for McGraw-Hill in December 2015. I needed more of a work/life balance, so I began to take interest in photography. Some of my coworkers are photographers and thought I’d be good at it. I started taking photos and grew in my passion for it. Needless to say, I’m so fond of it that I don’t want to stop.”
“Math tutoring happened during college in 2010. I needed a summer job and there was an opening as part of the EOF/EOP program at NJIT. I took on the job that summer and found out that teaching and mentoring came easy to me. I decided to work as a freelance tutor in 2016.”

ADVICE FOR SOMEONE PURSUING THEIR DREAMS

"Don’t quit in adversity, keep working."
“To live like no one else, you must live like no one else.”

GREATEST INFLUENCE

“I’d say it’s one of my spiritual fathers. He’s also my older cousin, Alex. He asks questions that challenge me to do better. He rejoices with me, he cries with me, and he prays for me. I’m better today because of his investment in my life.”

FAVORITE QUOTE

BIGGEST CHALLENGE HE’S EVER HAD TO OVERCOME
