ABOUT COUNSELING & COACHING SERVICES
“Counseling & Coaching Services provides psychotherapy, life and career coaching, and education services to individuals, couples, families, and organizations.”
WHAT COUNSELING & COACHING SERVICES IS KNOWN FOR
“In a world where so many things are surface-level, CCS provides the reality check needed in order to create a clear understanding of underlying issues affecting clients’ lives and build toward moving forward.”
HOW COUNSELING & COACHING SERVICES GOT STARTED
“I have also always been fascinated with human behavior and perception. I was also always the friend… and often the stranger in random public places… being asked for advice. Counseling and Coaching Services was the perfect way to bring those 2 qualities together to be helpful in the world.”
ADVICE FOR SOMEONE PURSUING THEIR DREAMS
“One day, someone looked up into the stars and said… “I want to go there.” In fact, many had that thought until one day, somebody did it. I truly believe that anything you truly refuse to give up on will happen if you do the work. And if you do the work… even if it does not happen the way you want it to, your journey will be so much more fulfilling than a life with an abandoned dream. NEVER give up on your dream!”
GREATEST INFLUENCE
“I would say my greatest influence has been my father. He is very smart and practical. He taught me how to pace myself and think things through, as I am naturally more of a ‘big picture’ type of person: but you have to be detail-oriented to do well in business. Most importantly, he taught me the virtue of having good character, which I believe is truly the key to success.”
FAVORITE QUOTE
“My ‘favorites’ change from time to time, depending on the season of my life. But in this season it is this reminder from the Apostle Paul":
“Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.”
"It helps me to remember that I am responsible for my choices and their effect on my life."
FAVORITE PASTIME
“I love to sing and make music! I sing for weddings and events with different bands, and at the church I attend.”
BIGGEST CHALLENGE SHE’S EVER HAD TO OVERCOME
“Too many to name, I try to forget them as soon as I get past them, because as long as you keep growing, there will always be another challenge to overcome.”
ADVICE TO YOUNGER SELF
“There are people who have been praying for exactly what you have to offer: Find them.”
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE FUTURE
“My 20 year plan is to own at least 1 Mental Health/Community-Based Clinic and/or Transitional Housing Residence for individuals in crisis.”
